Bugfixes – Critical:
- When collecting all 7 emeralds, a fatal error occurred, which prevented the game from being reset.
- In story mode: sometimes the character selection bugged the physics
- Some skill upgrades were quite broken
- Jump, super and water physics were broken
- They had level layouts that were almost impossible to pass
- Bosses were previously very difficult to defeat, and shots (from some characters) did not work
- Bugged cutscenes with inconsistent texts
- Diamantina 1: the wrong cutscene played
- Iguaçu 2: when you died the bomb buttons stopped working
- When the camera was away from the character, he would sometimes fall out of the frame.
- When loading the game, sometimes you would not go to the correct phase when clicking (continue game)
- When you carried bombs in Acre and Minas 2, your abilities were permanently disabled
Bugfixes – Minor:
- Some corrections to the stage score
- Pause: before the option to restart the phase did not work properly
- Extra stages: stage music continued playing even when returning to the menu screen
- BraSonic’s Super Peel Out loaded incorrect sprites
- Character animation when picking up a cannon
- Iguaçu 1 and 2: some graphic errors
- Iguaçu 2: some areas were under soft-lock
- Minas 1: bugged scenario
- Diamantina 2: layout impossible to pass in some parts
- Ama Zone Boss 1: absurd lag
- Acre 1: Tyrannosaurus is now less difficult to detonate, with an energy bar, there are even some tips in the stage layout on how to defeat it
- Some stages of the original BraSonic had graphical errors, soft locks and NPC positioning errors
- Sampa 2 (old): even after defeating enemies, the phase did not end
- Forest Village (Guimo): some bugs in the scenario
Implementations:
- Now the game checks if there are updates available to download
- Game checks how many joysticks are connected to the PC
- Challenge Mode: now available after beating the game, I made some corrections because they were impossible before
- Settings: configurable hud, super music can be activated/deactivated, camera
