BrazSonic (BraSonic in Latin languages) is an indie freeware game that was released in 2004, in the Orkut era, just as a satirical tribute to Sonic the Hedgehog and Brazil, initially in the game communities at the time. At that time, BrazSonic was well-known in several game sites and communities, with hundreds and thousands of downloads.

After several years, our green hedgehog is back as a reboot, called BrazSonic 20XX. This revival came for celebrating his XX years of existence but in a brand new context!
